  • Do I need to buy tools separately?

    Yes — you will subscribe to Make.com, N8n, Airtable, AI tools in your own name — so you keep full control. We’ll advise you on the best plans.

  • Do I have to host anything?

    Only if you choose N8n self-hosted — otherwise, N8n.cloud or Make.com handle hosting.

  • Can I edit automations after the project?

    Yes — we document everything so that you (or your team) can edit it.

  • Am I locked in to SmartFl8w?

    No — you’re free to manage your automations however you like. Many clients choose to stay with us — but you’re never forced to.

  • Will you recommend tools?

    Yes — we only suggest tools that fit YOUR needs. No commissions, no “preferred vendors.”
